| Work and Witness in La Gloria, Panama

 In the community of La Gloria, Panama God’s hand was felt among the people when a Work & Witness team from the Waynesburg, PA First Church of the Nazarene came to work among the people; a group of 13 youth and 5 adults.
They worked in the construction of a church for this community, which they completed despite it raining everyday and having to contend with lots of mud. Their testimony impacted the lives of everyone in this community especially the children.
Each day, the team conducted a Vacation Bible School with around 100 children in attendance sharing the gospel through Bible stories, crafts, and of course the traditional pastime of soccer. This group donated items to a local school from sports equipment to basic school supplies.
God definitely used this team to impact the lives of this community as one teacher stated, “La Gloria is different, it’s now joyful, thank God.”
